The SAAOG 2026 Annual Meeting will no longer be held in person at The Greenbrier and has transitioned to a fully virtual format due to current weather conditions.
All sessions will take place as planned and will follow the same content outlined in the in-person agenda.
Registered participants will receive Zoom login information and access details prior to the start of the meeting. Additional information regarding live lectures, presentation slides, and abstracts will also be provided in that communication.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The Greenbrier is in the process of cancelling hotel reservations within the official SAAOG room block. Attendees who booked within the SAAOG room block do not need to take any action. These reservations will be cancelled on your behalf, and any applicable deposits will be refunded directly by the hotel in accordance with their standard processing timelines.
If you booked accommodations outside of the SAAOG room block, please contact the hotel at 844-837-2466 to arrange cancellation.
