NOTICE TO MEMBERSHIP – BYLAWS UPDATE

Pursuant to the Bylaws, we are providing the necessary notice to the membership regarding proposed amendments to the SAAOG Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.  The Executive Committee recommends the included amendments to the Bylaws which are summarized as:

1. Executive Committee structure and term duration;
2. Membership categories and process;
3. Delegation of authority to amend Bylaws;
4. The separation of the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws.

The membership will vote on these proposed changes at the upcoming SAAOG Business Meeting that will be held on January 15, 2018 in conjunction with the SAAOG 2018 Annual Meeting.  Please click here to register for the meeting.
