Welcome to the seventh edition of SAAOG member spotlight! Every month we highlight a different SAAOG member who is doing exciting things in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

This month we are excited to spotlight Paul Dietz, MD, FACOG. Dr. Dietz is Associate Professor and Vice Chief for the West Virginia School of Medicine. He is a current SAAOG State Representative for West Virginia as well as a member at large of the SAAOG Membership Committee.

What I like most is the mix of surgery and primary care as an OB/GYN. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I became involved through fellow member and chair, Janice Bacon, MD. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I find enjoyment in catching up with my old colleagues and having the ability to network with other physicians in our area of the country.

 

 

 

 

 

I'd like to see advances in telemedicine. 

 

 

 

 

 

Outside of the office I enjoy college sports and am into WW2 History.

 

 

 

 

 

I love to knit!
